Description
This mill from 1701 is located in the center of Llucmajor. The owners have preserved it very well and much of it is still in its original condition. In the entrance area we have high ceilings and an old well, a stone staircase leads to the tower which has access to the roof terrace and offers a beautiful view over the houses of Llucmajor. The old Mallorcan kitchen has been preserved and in the spacious garden with many fruit trees there is still a covered BBQ area and a terrace.

Location
The municipality of Llucmajor, which lies at the foot of Puig de Randa, is geographically the largest on the island. Llucmajor is a quiet village, typical of the Mallorcan countryside, with narrow streets and a historic town center with characteristic buildings and modern facades. The square in front of the town hall has been transformed into a pedestrian zone that is full of life thanks to the bars, restaurants and stores. On Fridays, the market stretches halfway across the town from the town hall in Plaça d'Espanya to Carrer del Bisbe Taixequet and from Passeig Jaume III to Ronda de Migjorn. As Llucmajor has numerous cycle paths, the area is often chosen as a destination by cyclists. The capital is only about 15 minutes away by car and the airport about 10 minutes.
